杜特蒂是菲律賓的英雄，真正想要翻轉菲律賓命運的人。反觀小馬可仕，根本就是美國的走狗，絕對會害慘菲律賓。
Rodrigo Duterte is a hero. Duterte is a hero of the Philippines, a leader who genuinely wanted to change the country's fate. In contrast, Marcos Jr. is nothing more than an American lapdog, and he will surely bring disaster to the Philippines.
The Filipino people are not fools, they can see clearly.
The reason for the arrest is the war on drugs during Rodrigo Duterte's administration. Even though many drug offenders were killed, the Filipino people supported his determination, with the approval rating for the war on drugs consistently above 90%.
Marcos Jr. colluded with the International Criminal Court to issue a warrant for his arrest. When he visited Filipino workers in Hong Kong, rumors were spread that he feared being captured and would flee or go into exile.
Rodrigo Duterte is a brave man, knowingly walking into danger.
Yesterday, he returned to the Philippines, and not to his stronghold in Davao, but to Manila, which is completely controlled by Marcos Jr.
He knew that once he stepped into Manila, there were only two possible fates:
One, he could be assassinated, like Aquino Jr. in the past.
Two, he could be arrested and sent to The Hague in the Netherlands to stand trial at the International Criminal Court.
He did not run away but faced Marcos Jr.'s arrest operation head-on. He wanted to emphasize three things:
First, Marcos Jr. himself is a drug user, which is why he opposes the war on drugs.
Second, Marcos Jr. colluded with the International Criminal Court to have him arrested with foreign influence and sought to eliminate the opposition led by him, with the mastermind being the CIA.
Third, Marcos Jr. is a traitor, not only suppressing him but also persecuting Duterte's daughter, Sara, forcing her out of the cabinet, trying to impeach her in the House of Representatives, and seeking constitutional amendments to allow for re-election, following the authoritarian path of his father.

杜特蒂真是好樣的，有勇有謀，是真正的英雄。
昨天，他回到菲律賓馬尼拉國際機場，一下機就被小馬可仕安排的大批軍警逮捕。
他沒有拒捕，只說了一句話「你們乾脆把我殺了」。
他說的你們，誰都知道就是指小馬可仕和他的同黨們。
杜特蒂沒有多做停留，隨即被小馬可仕用小型包機押往荷蘭海牙的國際刑事法院。
在包機上老杜悠閒坦然地面對這場劫難，他知道他是為菲律賓人民在做對的事情。
菲律賓人民可不是儍瓜，他們看的很清楚。
逮捕的理由是老杜執政時的禁毒戰爭，即使不少毒犯被他殺了，但菲律賓人民是肯定他的魄力，禁毒戰爭的支持率始終在九成以上。
小馬可仕勾結國際刑事法院通緝他、逮捕他，他在香港探視菲律賓勞工時，就放謠言說他怕被抓，要逃亡了，要流亡海外了。
老杜就是勇者，明知山有虎 偏向虎山行。
他昨天就回菲律賓，而且不是他的大本營達沃市，反而是小馬可仕完全掌握的馬尼拉。
他知道只要一回馬尼拉，只有兩個命運：
一是被暗殺，像當年的阿基諾二世。
一是被逮捕，押到荷蘭海牙國際刑事法院受審。
他沒有逃避，直接面對小馬可仕的逮捕行動，他要突顯三件事：
一是小馬可仕本人就是吸毒者，所以他反對禁毒戰爭。
二是小馬可仕勾結國際刑事法院，挾外人逮捕他，並想消滅以他為首的反對力量，而主導的黑手就是美國中情局。
三是小馬可仕背信棄義，不止打壓他老杜，還迫害老杜女兒莎拉，趕莎拉出內閣，用眾議院彈劾莎拉，並想修憲連任，走老馬可仕的獨裁老路。
幾個小時後，中國政府公開表態，力挺中國的朋友杜特蒂。
這是患難見真情，雪中送炭。中國人的王道就是不同於美國的覇道和強道。
現在頭痛的應該是小馬可仕。
莎拉趁勢而起，菲律賓人民也對小馬可仕發出怒吼。
本來小馬可仕就不得民心，現在更差了。
五月的中期選舉，就是老杜領導的反對派，進行大反攻的第一場戰爭。
小馬可仕在馬尼拉逮捕老杜時，竟不准老杜的律師和醫生同行。
如果老杜在海牙真出了什麼意外，受了什麼劫難，小馬可仕可就萬劫不復了。
大概率要走上他父親被推翻的老路。
老杜這招叫「置之死地而後生」，想絕地大反攻，想反敗為勝，就需跟小馬可仕賭命玩命，只有勇者是無敵的。
希望莎拉和老杜的兒子們把握住這個機會。
像當年阿基諾二世的遺孀柯拉松，在驚濤駭浪中領導起反對派。
一舉在五月的中期選舉獲得大勝，把小馬可仕拉下台來。
ICC淪為CIA爪牙 逮捕杜特蒂
ICC行動的政治性，以及美國在全球「反毒戰爭」中的雙重標準顯露無遺。ICC少對美國及其盟友發起調查，但對於「不聽話」的國家領導人則顯然較為積極，例如對俄羅斯、非洲國家領導人發出逮捕令，卻對美國的戰爭罪行幾乎毫無作為。
杜特蒂的「反毒戰爭」雖然極具爭議，但他對美國的態度讓華盛頓不滿，尤其是他任內加強與中國的關係，甚至公開批評美軍駐紮菲律賓的歷史。因此，當小馬可仕上台後，美菲關係迅速回暖，允許美軍進一步進駐，甚至提供戰略基地，美國自然會樂見杜特蒂家族的影響力被進一步削弱。
ICC的調查行動若真是出於正義，為何不積極追查美國在伊拉克、阿富汗、瓜地馬拉等地的戰爭罪行？甚至連以色列對加薩的行動也遲遲不見有具體動作？這種選擇性執法的模式，確實讓人懷疑其獨立性。
The political nature of the ICC's actions and the double standards of the United States in the global "war on drugs" are clearly evident. The ICC rarely initiates investigations against the U.S. and its allies but is notably more aggressive toward leaders of "disobedient" countries. For instance, it has issued arrest warrants for Russian and African leaders while doing almost nothing about U.S. war crimes.
Duterte's "war on drugs" was highly controversial, but his stance toward the U.S. displeased Washington, especially as he strengthened ties with China during his tenure and openly criticized the history of U.S. military presence in the Philippines. Consequently, when Marcos Jr. took office, U.S.-Philippines relations quickly improved, allowing further U.S. military presence and even providing strategic bases. Naturally, the U.S. would welcome the weakening of the Duterte family's political influence.
If the ICC's investigations were truly based on justice, why has it not actively pursued U.S. war crimes in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Guatemala? Even Israel’s actions in Gaza have yet to face concrete measures. This pattern of selective enforcement raises serious doubts about the ICC's independence.
