台灣媒體的水準真的是低落到可憐，惡劣到可怕！
Taiwanese media completely twisted the Thai representative’s words. Our media cut a part of what he said and made up stories. (The full version is available below the article).
He criticized other countries for imposing travel bans on China with double and triple standards, and WHO doesn’t have the ability to handle with the situation. Taiwanese media, however, completely twisted his words into opposite meaning. They translated Suwit Wibulpolprasert’s words wrongly and tell Taiwanese people that he criticized WHO is too soft to China.
WHO泰國代表發言完整版。他是在批評其他國家用雙重、三重標準對中國實施旅行禁令，並諷刺WHO對此無能為力。明明是支持中國的立場，在台灣媒體的報導卻變成了「泰式酸辣嗆譚德賽」，包括中央社、聯合新聞網。
這段完整發言影片，泰國駐WHO代表蘇威（Suwit Wibulpolprasert）的英文並不難懂。只是被臺灣媒體刻意斷章取義。
從主席允許泰國代表蘇威發言開始的全部內容聽得出來，泰國駐WHO代表蘇威的確在發言中力挺中國。不過近日臺灣各家媒體都將發言的前半段刻意剪掉，直接顛倒黑白說「泰式酸辣嗆爆中國」。
補充三個背景：
1 泰國和柬埔寨是這次疫情爆發後，東南亞唯二沒有對中國實施旅行禁令的國家。
2 2009年時，WHO建議不要對美國施行旅行禁令，美國政府也以威脅制裁的方式不許其他國家施行旅行禁令。結果當時全球沒有幾個國家對美國施行旅行禁令。
3 這是2020年2月6日上午9點鐘的WHO第146次執行委員會會議，也就是1個月前的，之後WHO派出專家組隊去武漢。
關鍵發言內容中英對照：
「主席，WHO建議全球各國不要對中國實施旅行禁令，但沒有幾個國家遵循這個建議。這和2009年的H1N1全球流行時的情況完全相反。當時疫情從某個國家爆發，擴散的速度更快，也造成了更多人的死亡；全球各國現在很明顯是在雙重甚至三重標準」（臺灣各家媒體都故意誤植為「兩倍、三倍標準」，然後沒多少人質疑這個翻譯是錯的。）
"Chair,
The WHO advise against travel restriction on novel coronavirus in China has been violated.This is in contrast to the H1N1 2009 pandemic , emerge from other part of the world and spread off much faster and kill more.
We are definitely double or even triple standard ."
老實說，各位要噁心中國那是你們自己的事情，但是這樣顛倒是非黑白，實在不可取。當真以為沒有人會去將整段完整發言內容找出來仔細聽個清楚嗎？
