Wind Energy's Absurd Someone: asked us whether the bird in Smola was still alive in the photo. Yes, sadly it was. 
We were in touch, via a campaigner, with the photographer Ulla Falkdalen. She was surveying in the area when she heard a thud and saw the sea eagle falling. She called someone to euthanise the bird but took the photo so that others could feel the heartbreak she felt when she looked into the bird's eyes.
There have been 96 sea eagle deaths at the Smøla wind park since 2006.
(在挪威的Smøla 風場，從2006年至今，已經有96隻海鵰被風機殺死。海鵰是在食物鏈頂點的動物，繁殖保育不易，這些風機卻這樣大規模的殺害了牠們。)
